This is a regional role. Travel throughout the region will be required. This person can live in either San Diego or the Orange County area but will travel to areas such as LA, San Diego and Orange County frequently. Applicable travel expenses will be covered.

What you will do
- As a GI (Gastroenterology) Sales Associate you will promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASCs, while providing excellent customer service and developing the customer relationship with doctors, nurses and appropriate staff personnel.
- You are responsible for educating and informing Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use and maintenance of specified Stryker ST Products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
- You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
- You assist in post-sale implementation and training for Neptune S and POM mask to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction with the product and drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers.
- You are responsible for meeting targeted annual budgeted objectives for ST GI products within your assigned geography.
- As a GI Sales Associate, you love driving in the fast lane and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university.
- 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B is preferred.
- Strong inter-personal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management.
- Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills.
Travel requirement:
- Approximately 60% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
Physical requirements:
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability and memory retention.

$71,500 salary and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits bringing total compensation potential to $94,500.
