Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist - Anticoagulation Department at Providence Spokane, WA
The Providence Pharmacotherapy Clinics are fast-paced hospital outpatient ambulatory clinics that provide pharmaceutical care across a variety of disease states. Our clinical pharmacists are critical members of the patient's care team and work under collaborative drug therapy agreements to manage specialty medications and conduct patient-facing appointments. Our pharmacists may float across 3 clinic locations in the Spokane area (within a 12-mile radius). Experience in an ambulatory setting is highly preferred. Having a board certification or residency training is preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated individual. There are opportunities to obtain specialty certifications and career advancement within the Providence Pharmacotherapy Clinics.

Shift: Day Shift, Full Time
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Training in the concepts of pharmaceutical care.
- Professional affiliations upon hire.
- 1 year in Hospital setting or residency.
- Decentralized pharmacy setting.
- Completion of PGY1 residency
- Board Certification
