Adjunct Faculty - Public Health and Healthcare Leadership
Successful applicants will become part of the growing Department of Public Health and Healthcare Leadership's adjunct pool. Adjunct faculty positions will supplement the department faculty when needed. Adjunct faculty hold appointments as defined by their letter of appointment, without eligibility for tenure; where authorized by the Dean, adjunct appointments may be renewed. Adjunct appointments do not guarantee course assignments.

Full Time or Part Time: Part Time
Minimum Qualifications:
All faculty must have at least a Master’s degree in the field/discipline in which they are teaching with 18 hours of course work related to the course(s) being taught. In some cases, subject to the approval by the Provost, a faculty member could be recommended for appointment based on substitution of significant experience for the degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous online teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Professional experience in healthcare administration, health sciences, or public health.
Knowledge of Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) or Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) competencies.
Credentialing as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) or Master-Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES/CHES).
