POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager, Consumer Health and Ease of Use is responsible for supporting the VP, Consumer Health and Ease of Use, in expanding and furthering the development of the Ease of Use Program. Managing the delivery and execution of these projects/programs to ensure brand alignment, benefits and deliverables are successfully achieved. This includes contributing to the retention and expansion of Consumer and Ease of Use relationships throughout the year. In addition, this position assists in the handling of interdepartmental collaboration to ensure information is disseminated as needed and both internal and external timelines are met, interaction with the Ease of Use testing lab for all product/package testing procedures, contract review and execution, and the financial and program reporting for each partnership/project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with and assist the VP, Consumer Health and Ease of Use, in the following areas:
- Develop new partnerships across a range of industries in the consumer product and consumer health space.
- Communicate and collaborate both internally and externally with all partnership stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of external presentations, proposals, and other communications for potential and existing partners.
- Support the development of internal educational resources for staff and volunteers.
- Collaborate with partners to manage partner expectations, timelines, and communication.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the ongoing management of benefits and deliverables for Consumer/Ease of Use initiatives.
- Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure the delivery of contracted benefits for both consumer partnerships and Ease of Use licensees are met on time.
- Ensure Ease of Use dedicated brand guidelines are implemented with all licensees.
- Meet with and manage communications with internal stakeholders (Mission, Marketing and Science) related to the delivery of benefits.
- Assist with managing Ease of Use product/package testing with outside lab, which includes:
- Monitor process of testing applications, financial transactions, test results and moving to contract are completed on target.
- Serve as the Consumer Health/Ease of Use team lead for all finance and data management with internal systems.
- Managing data in Dynamics, Salesforce CRM and/or Excel, creating and publishing revenue data in Power BI, liaising with the finance department to substantiate revenue data and follow up on auditing inquiries as needed.
- Manage the contracting process for Consumer and Ease of Use revenue with external and internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing draft contracts, submitting internal tickets through Samanage for legal review, and serving as the intermediary between partners and AF staff.
- Manage the accounting process.
- Securing invoice instructions and contact information and collaborating with Finance so they can follow up on aged receivables as needed.
- Serve as the Consumer Health team lead for all internal systems.
- This includes having administrative and training capabilities for all systems used internally including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Workamajig, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Samanage, prospecting systems and any other systems as needed.
- Accomplish all initiatives.
- This can include, but is not limited to, serving as the intermediary between a vendor who is facilitating a partner benefit and the partner and/or AF staff. It may also include learning and utilizing vendor systems.
- Brings a positive and creative attitude to the team.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, communications or related field, or a combination of education and experience with a minimum of three years progressive experience.
- 3+ years of experience with project management and/or corporate/other account management is preferred.
- Highly organized, who can successfully manage multiple clients and projects at one time with an elevated level of detail and with the ability to develop and maintain accurate records.
- Some experience in the licensing industry would be an asset in this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills---both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets (including pivot tables) and other programs in the suite of MS 360.
