Currently, we are partnered with a premier healthcare provider in Lewiston, Idaho in search of a highly talented Certified Surgical Technologist to join their dynamic perioperative services team.
Job Summary:
As a Surgical Technologist on our client's team, you'll be part of a state-of-the-art surgical services department equipped with seven operating suites and advanced robotic surgical technology, including the da Vinci Xi Surgical System. You'll work alongside exceptional healthcare professionals across multiple surgical specialties, contributing to high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Function as a key member of the sterile team in a variety of surgical procedures
- Anticipate surgical team needs and maintain efficient flow of procedures
- Prepare and manage surgical instrumentation and equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
- Participate in surgical counts and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support various surgical specialties including orthopedics, neurology, general surgery, and robotic procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in surgical services
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Current or ability to obtain Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 4 months
- Experience in hospital-based operating room setting, ideally 2-3 years
- Background in orthopedic, neurological, general, and robotic surgical procedures
- Strong understanding of surgical principles and sterile technique
- Current BLS certification
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Excellence in team collaboration and communication
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
