MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Graduate of School of Surgical Technology.
2. Surgical Technology Certification required within 12 months of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
1. Surgical experience preferred.

1. Performs direct and indirect patient care.

3. Assures availability of necessary instruments, equipment and supplies prior to cases to ensure efficient operations of department.
4. Maintains good interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
5. Retrieve supplies from Pyxis supply cabinets and follow patient charging procedure.
