Full-time Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. In this position, you will assess patients’ needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective rehabilitation strategies. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver holistic care aimed at enhancing patients’ mobility, strength, and overall well-being. - $90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

Types of Patients: Geriatric patients and Adults
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
- Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols.
- Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient.
- Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and care planning.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
- Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
