Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining all of the conference and coffee rooms, lunchroom, lounge, and guest offices. The Hospitality Specialist will work individually as well as with their team to ensure the best possible services are delivered to the Firm and its clients.

Required Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
Essential Functions

- Hospitality Services (100%)
- Provides services for conference rooms, including set-ups, clean-ups, inventories, and stocking of supplies within each meeting room.
- Maintains upkeep of coffee rooms, including clean-ups, inventories, and stocking of supplies.
- Performs responsibilities similar to those above for the lounges, lunchrooms, and guest offices.
- Position is also involved in cleaning private offices for new hires or internal relocations. Upon request, supplemental cleaning services may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. While performing the responsibilities of the position, these work environment characteristics are representative of the environment the person in this position will encounter. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a professional, fast-paced office environment that may require additional hours to complete work.
