Dermatology practice in Southern California needs a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostics to diagnose dermatological conditions.
- Treatment and Care Management: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancers.
- Procedures: Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, laser treatments, excisions, and suturing, with a high level of skill and attention to detail.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, preventive care, and skincare practices to improve outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with dermatologists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited PA program.
- Certification: Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Licensure: Active PA license in the state of [Insert State].
- Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of dermatology experience, though new graduates with dermatology rotations may be considered.
- Skills: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, proficiency in dermatologic procedures, excellent communication, and patient education skills.
