Position: Clinical Supervisor

- Full-Time Clinical Supervisor of School Based Services
- Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
- Location: Farmingdale, NY
- Salary range: $70,000-$85,000
- Please note that this is a range. Salary is determined based on professional experience and license/certifications held.

Responsibilities:
- Works closely and collaboratively with the Assistant Directors and VP of the company to determine and delegate short-term and long-term clinical improvement initiatives.
- Provides oversight of BTs including hiring, managing, training and mentoring. While managing scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members.
- Provides mentoring, training, and competency assessments as necessary.
- Works closely with service coordinators and school district personnel to ensure effective and ongoing communication is delivered.
- Collaborates with Assistant Directors in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees.
- Participates in collaborative team meetings with clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals.
- Travels required throughout Nassau.
- Provides direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, attend CSE meetings, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors.
About You:

And this background:
- Minimum of a master’s degree in one of the following: Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services.
- BCBA/ LBA preferred.
- 1-3 years experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral disorders.
- Experience with electronic data collection services.
- Bilingual is a plus.
