Pay Range: $55 - $65 per session (Education, experience, & licensure dependent)
Status: Per Diem

About Us
High Point Treatment Center is excited to be part of the state’s expansion of behavioral health services in the Brockton area. The Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) located at the Brockton Meadowbrook Campus has opportunities for growth within the outpatient, community based, and Adult Crisis Stabilization programs. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Clinician Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and submit any current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the position. Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy, and HIPAA Regulations.
- Crisis intervention and maintaining assigned caseload.
- Providing direct care to patients, including assessments of new patients, individual counseling, discharge planning, treatment plans, daily progress notes, daily groups, group note completion, and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments.
- Responsible for each assigned patient's medical records, ensuring all records are professional, complete, and thorough with entries made in a timely manner.
- Link patients with aftercare services prior to discharge and aid patients and their families in accessing outpatient services when appropriate.
- Attend all unit, facility meetings, and case conferences as directed by the Clinical Director.
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Director, the Clinical Director, and/or the Senior Clinician.
Clinician Qualifications
- Master's Degree Required in related field.
- Experience with SUD and mental health a plus.
- Multi-lingual preferred.
