Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- NC License
- Skills: IV Start, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Manage Cardiac & Vasoactive drips – no titration
- BLS
- NIH
- ACLS preferred
Other Details:
- Floating required as needed to other Med/Surg units.
- Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers.
- PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Variable med-surg unit with focus on cardiac and neurology services.
- UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Experience
Skills: IV Start, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Manage Cardiac & Vasoactive drips – no titration.
Certs: BCLS and NIH
PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: ACLS
JOB DETAILS:
Shift: 12HR NIGHTS; 18:45 – 07:15
36 hours can be offered.
Unit will accept contracts from 13+ weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!

Float Requirement: Floating required as needed to other Med/Surg units.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
**Travelers will be required to take COVID patients if necessary. No team members are exempt from taking a COVID patient.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Variable med-surg unit with focus on cardiac and neurology services.
UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR

UNIT ORIENTATION: 2, 12hr shifts. Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
SCRUBS: Any combination of navy and white.
INTERNAL NOTES: Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty.
