Job Description:

Support the Principal Food Technologist by providing analysis in protein fortification group.
Support and provide technical expertise to guide project progress and new product development with a focus on plant-based ingredient solutions.
Support customer projects, marketing initiatives, and capability development as related to Ingredion’s Plant-Based Solution Strategies.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support confidential projects and prototype development for customers to demonstrate the value of plant-based ingredients and enable new business opportunities for the Pulse application team with leading companies.
Support experimental designs, bench-top prototype development, and analytical processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Food Science.
Experience with pH meter, viscometer, and wet chemistry.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment (mixer, color, etc.).
