The ICU at Presbyterian Hospital is seeking Registered Nurses who understand the importance of attention to detail and possess high-level critical thinking skills for acutely and critically ill patients. Qualifications
1-3 years of Intensive Care experience Preferred
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
Academic Preparation:
Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred
Required Certification from either AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross
BLS: All RN roles
ACLS: Emergency Department, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Lab, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Progressive Care, Surgical Services
NRP: Family Birthing Center, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Mother/Baby Care
PALS: Children Services, Cardiovascular Lab, Emergency Department, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Surgical Services
Credentials: Registered Nurse - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
Education: Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing
