Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help us provide

Position Highlights:
- Location: Casa Grande, AZ – a rapidly growing city
offering a close-knit community, scenic beauty, and easy access to Phoenix and
Tucson.

Available Shifts: Full-Time Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm,
3-12hr shifts, includes a Saturday, 7a -7p and 4-10 hr shifts, rotating
Saturday- covering sites: Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy and Maricopa
Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care services to patients of all
ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic condition management, and acute
treatment.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to
deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.Educate patients and their
families on health maintenance, preventive care, and wellness strategies.Maintain
thorough and accurate patient records to support continuity of care and adhere
to regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant program; a Master of Science in Health Sciences or a
related field.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice.

Must hold a current license in Arizona

Excellent clinical skills, patient communication, and
teamwork abilities.
