COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRY AT JANIAN
Janian Medical Care, P.C., seeks a BE/BC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a full time or part time position.

The psychiatric provider is an integrated member of the multidisciplinary team who works to:
- Identify and engage people in need of psychiatric evaluation and treatment
- Provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy
- Support recovery goals
- Advocate for patients
- Participate in weekly clinical meetings with other providers
- Implement population health interventions
- Conduct diagnostic interviews and provide psychiatric evaluations
- Develop and deliver trainings
Qualifications:
- Board eligible or board certified or will obtain PsychNP/PMHNP License within 6 months of hire.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible provider in good standing, licensed to practice medicine in New York State, with training in psychiatry.
- Experience providing public psychiatric care.
- Committed to servant leadership principles and person-centered care.
- Proficient in the use of electronic medical records.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Has at least 2 years experience providing care in community settings.
- Experience supervising clinicians preferred.
