Under the direction of the Clinical Excellence Director, this position is primarily responsible for achieving excellence in clinical outcomes management and performance improvement by partnering with physicians, nursing, clinical documentation specialists, and the analyst team to evaluate focused clinical outcomes and process measures to ensure timely delivery of best practices and widespread dissemination of results and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
- 5 years of related experience in an inpatient clinical setting.
- 2 years of experience in performance improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Upon hire: AHIMA certification.
