We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Care Sales Consultant to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Home Care Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for promoting our services, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new client leads through networking, outreach, and marketing strategies.
Conduct needs assessments with potential clients and their families to determine appropriate services.
Present our home care services effectively, addressing client questions and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and ongoing satisfaction.
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes to management.
Attend community events and networking functions to represent the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or home care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Knowledge of home care services and industry regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
