JOB SUMMARY:
The F&O Technical Consultant with expertise in both Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across both functional areas. The role requires a strong understanding of finance processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, etc.) as well as supply chain management (procurement, sales, inventory, logistics), ensuring seamless integration and optimized solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 F&O solutions focusing on both Finance and SCM modules.
- Design and implement customizations, workflows, reports, and extensions in Finance (GL, AP, AR) and SCM (procurement, sales, inventory, warehousing).
- Perform system integrations between Finance and SCM modules, ensuring accurate data flow and process alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to both Finance and SCM processes, ensuring system performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs in both Finance and SCM areas.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks between Finance and SCM modules, maintaining data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations across Finance and SCM modules.
- Follow best practices for Dynamics 365 F&O development and deployment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) development, especially in Finance and SCM modules.
- Proficiency in X++, MorphX, and other development tools for D365 F&O.
- Expertise in financial processes (GL, AP, AR) and supply chain management (procurement, inventory, sales, warehousing).
- Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and other Microsoft data technologies.
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Data Factory) for integration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants and business users.
- Experience in data migration, system integration, and performance optimization.
