About the Job:
In This Role, You Will:
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements of clients, including facilitation of requirements sessions.
- Develop and document solutions based on best practices with focus on Dayforce delivered technology.
- Configure the functional solution in Dayforce.
- Develop testing strategies and facilitate all levels of testing, including Day-in-the Life testing, User Acceptance testing, parallel runs, and mock cutovers.
- Document configuration settings and design decisions to support knowledge transfer and ongoing system support.
- Make recommendations for best practices ensuring processes function properly after implementation.
- Manage projects, including status reporting and project feedback to sponsors.
- Manage cut-over and go-live of projects.
- Support post go-live activities and resolve defects/issues.
- Effective risk identification and mitigation within area of responsibility.
- On-going self-development to stay up to date with latest technology and business trends and developments.
- Develop functional specifications and interact with Technical Team to ensure custom objects are developed and function according to their approved specifications.
- Report creation and analysis.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or equivalent business experience plus 3 years(s) experience in related positions, including experience with SaaS based HCM Core HR, Benefits, and Talent component(s).
- Certification within Dayforce in the areas of Core Human Resources, Benefits, Open Enrollment, and Talent Modules.
- Interest and ability to cross-train in other areas of Dayforce (e.g., Payroll, G/L, WFM, import/export, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Very familiar with the Microsoft Suite of Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Location: This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, NC. Ability to travel upon request.
