Role: Voice Process
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Location: Noida
Shift Timing: Night Shift
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in international BPO / domestic BPO, specifically in a voice, backend, and email handling process.
- This is a contractual role for 6 months. Based on the performance during this period, the further role will be decided.
- Handle customer issues, escalation calls, and coordinate with different functions, case management.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
- If the candidate is an undergraduate/dropout with 1 year of voice process experience, profiles can be shared.
- The candidate should not be appearing for any exams for the next 6 months.
- This is a night shift profile, so ensure the candidate is available for night shifts.
- The candidate should have voice process experience in the international or domestic market.
- Open to work on Indian holidays and weekend shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in the US to analyze claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable (AR).
- Capable of capturing denials and appealing to insurances for pending claims.
- End-to-end knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
