We are looking for a Retail Consultant for North East of Italy (Triveneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna).
Main responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary day-to-day business consulting service to franchisees to maximize their sales & profit by implementing franchise concept based on rules defined in franchise agreement and operational manual and ensure that each franchisee undergoes annual quality certification process.
- Conduct in-store training sessions to execute annual marketing plan, e-commerce policy, fleet policy, product category management plans as well as new programs and procedures. In addition, conduct frequent meetings on various topics determined by the third party audits or retail organization initiatives.
- Gather and analyze industry trends, competition & market relevant information. Set, manage and report on AOP (sales & cost plan). Design investment plans. Conduct regular business reviews with franchise owners, regularly track KPIs of franchisee and propose/implement necessary actions to improve KPIs and eventually achieve annual sales & cost plans. Manage and report on AOP for assigned area.
- Execute annual sell-out plan and ensure it fits sell-in estimation, enable high SOB, high share of TMS and locally align necessary actions to execute annual plan by closely cooperating with local sales force.
- Execute annual development plan for assigned area by making use of geo-marketing study to identify white spots. In cooperation with sales force, scan local dealer market and identify potential franchisees able to meet all predefined criteria, effectively present franchise concept and bring to signing new franchise agreements.
Experience
- 3-5 years of Sales & Marketing experience preferable implementing franchise systems or other retail focused best-in-class programs.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Knowledge of Franchise Dealership Sales Process
- Sales experience and/or franchise sales experience and broad knowledge of retail business in Automotive
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, project and problem solving skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and positively influence franchisees and other stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, direct and achieve target results for franchise partners.
- Proven track record of achieving results.
- Strong financial acumen, excellence training, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate in sometimes stressful environment and to remain flexible in constantly changing environment is critical.
- Ability to spend 80% of the time performing field level work directly with franchisees.
- Proficiency in MS computer skills.
