Description
This position is responsible for MRI technologist duties at PSPH. Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures (setting up, scanning, and filming). The position also involves communication with radiologists and other physicians, patients and their families, and other persons. Additional responsibilities include performing contrast injections, conducting quality control and reporting tasks, maintaining day-to-day schedules, and assisting radiologists. The role requires operating and maintaining MR and auxiliary equipment. On-call requirements are included.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: 2 years community college/vocational training in an accredited Radiological technologist program or equivalent.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging within 1 year of hire or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 1 year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of Sub-specialty MRI, Scanning, or Imaging experience.

Pay Range: $41.86 - $63.56. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
