Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Windber, Pennsylvania.

Hospital in Windber PA is in need of Med Surg RN's for 8-12 week contracts starting in April.
It is a 33 bed med-surg floor with 16 tele monitors.
BLS is required and ACLS preferred but not required.
We try to maintain a 6:1 ratio.
There is no preference of color of scrubs; scrubs will not be provided.
Nurses can do every other weekend or whatever fits into their schedule.
There are an assortment of all shifts: 8's, 10's, and 12's.
We do allow block scheduling for the traveling nurses.
EMR is Meditech.
There is a CCU on each shift that can read the monitor strips, and the supervisor can also read the monitor strips.
The types of patients include ortho patients (total knee and total hips), bariatric patients with gastric sleeves and gastrectomies, CHF, COPD, TIAs, and cardiac cath patients requiring intervention.
