This position is meant for someone who:
- Has 5 - 10 years of professional experience
- Is passionate and optimistic about the Profession of Architecture
- Is able to lead a production team through the completion of a set of solid contract documents
- Loves the details and ensuring that the intent of the design of the project is incorporated into the smallest aspect of a project
- Is a capable project manager who understands and is meticulous about construction administration
- Understands how to manage consultants in order to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met
- Takes ownership over their projects and responsibilities
- Is able to work well in a team-based open environment
- Experience in multi-unit residential projects is an asset
