Hybrid: On-site Tuesday and Wednesday (remote Mon/Thurs/Fri)
Required Skills:
- Experience with Indirect Procurement, in at least one Category (Temp Labor, Manufacturing Distribution Centers, Total Rewards/Benefits, Financial Services, Meetings/Events, Travel)
- Fiscal year-end review of contracts and spend reports
- Management of RFPs and pipeline-building support, including breakdown of quarterly targets
Salary: $55 - $65 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with procurement and business partners to refine and evolve the global sourcing strategies for Corporate and Professional Service and Travel focused on key drivers for Innovation, value creation, sustainability and business continuity.
- Develop and lead the strategy to mitigate Supplier and Category risk
- Support and build the sustainability and diversity roadmap for the category
- Leverage our scale / global spend-category management, strategic supplier relationships and cost innovation in partnership with Brands, Regions and Value Chain
- Drive continuous cash improvement through payment terms optimization. Advance Currency opportunities
- Lead and continue to build a globally focused and collaborative team to develop, advocate, and implement key sourcing strategies and deliver IP key priorities and goals
- Build alignment on category strategies, priorities, pipeline and execution of programs to leverage the global spend through category councils.
- Evolve strategic supplier relationship management and framework to form collaborative working relationship throughout the organization and deliver supplier innovation and enable development & commercialization of current and new suppliers
- Maintain and provide a current understanding of industry best practices, technology trends and market insights
