Description:
Follows procedures in Diet Office to ensure patient receives diet according to prescribed diet order. Processes menus to create a meal while using and maintaining all aspects of the diet office automation. Utilizes excellent communication skills while interacting with patients, staff, and guests. Establish rapport with customers and displays empathy and compassion over the phone. Able to process and deliver enteral supplies. Must be self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised environment.
Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.25 / hour depending on experience.

- High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or Experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
Additional Qualifications:
- Food Safety Certification required within 90 days of job entry.
- Experience should be related to computer skills, with advanced knowledge including data entry, and hardware maintenance as well as clerical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette.
- Interpersonal skills and organization skills necessary.
