Under the supervision of a radiologist, performs ultrasound examinations on patients, including procedures such as biopsies or aspirations. Reports preliminary findings and diagnoses to the radiologist. Takes anatomical images to demonstrate organs.

Qualifications Minimum Education
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program

American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
