Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×4, 48 hours per week, will accept 36’s, weekend as needed
Length: 13 – 26 weeks
Requirements:
- NM License
- 1.5 Years Experience
- Trauma and Surgical ICU experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS and TNCC preferred
Other Details:
- EMR: Cerner
- No locals within 75 miles
- May be floated to other ICUs, PCU floors, ED to care for admitted patients, PACU to care for admitted patients.
- Skills Requirements: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Interpretation of ABGs, Ventilator Management

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, may be floated to other ICUs, PCU floors, ED to care for admitted patients, PACU to care for admitted patients.
Patient Diagnoses: Trauma-polytrauma, MVC, penetrating, GSW, CAD, CABG, Burns, ENT Surgeries
Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes, but not guaranteed
Locals accepted: No locals within 75 miles
Pending License accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment
Special Requirements: Trauma and Surgical ICU experience required
