Job Description: A Mental Health Rehab Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing specialized rehabilitation services to individuals living with mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Individualized Planning:
Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals.

Rehabilitation and Skill-Building:
Provide individual and group therapy to teach coping skills, stress management, and emotional regulation.

Support clients in setting and achieving personal and recovery-related goals.
Crisis Intervention and Support:
Be prepared to respond to crisis situations by employing de-escalation techniques and providing emotional support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
