Pediatric Interventional Radiology Fellowship Program Open Position for a Fellow in Washington D.C
Children's National Hospital in Washington D.C. has an open Pediatric Interventional Radiology Fellowship Position beginning in July of 2025. We have an excellent, comprehensive training program in all aspects of pediatric interventional radiology that will prepare a trainee for a future career in academics or private practice.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of medical school to obtain MD/MBBS
- Successfully passed USMLE Boards (Step l, Step 2 CK, Step 2 CS if taken prior to discontinuation, and Step 3)
- Completion of an accredited internship of 1 year
- Completion of an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology or Interventional Radiology (Adult), or successful completion of an accredited Pediatric Radiology Fellowship Program
- A graduate of a foreign medical school, certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), earned through passing the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination in the Medical Sciences (FMGEMS), Part I and Part Il examinations of the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), or the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE); and by meeting all other requirements of the ECFMG. Such a graduate will be eligible if they are deemed to be exceptionally qualified, both by the fellowship program and by the hospital’s Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC).
