What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Manager with Rainbow Road Therapies, you’ll oversee a team of dedicated therapists and ensure our clinic runs smoothly, balancing client care with team support.
- Lead & Support: Oversee and support our interdisciplinary team, helping therapists reach their potential and create an uplifting clinic environment.
- Manage Caseload: Maintain a 50% caseload, working directly with clients to stay connected to our mission and demonstrate efficient session management.
- Mentor & Grow Talent: Conduct regular check-ins with therapists, guiding their development and encouraging growth with personalized feedback and training opportunities.
- Ensure Client Success: Partner with the front desk to keep scheduling efficient, manage cancellations, and ensure families receive the best support possible.
- Create & Enforce Policies: Develop clinic policies and procedures that enhance clinic performance and foster a cohesive work culture.
- Plan for Growth: Innovate and organize activities to keep the clinic vibrant and engaging, even during slow periods.

Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Speech Language, Occupational or Physical Therapy, Mental Health)
- Experience: 3+ years in a clinical management or leadership role, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience balancing client care with team management. Neurodiversity Affirming.
