The House Supervisor directs and coordinates nursing administrative services. Promotes the concepts of clinical nursing management and interdisciplinary care delivery. Promotes patient satisfaction, utilizing the principles of the Pride in Caring Program. Works with staff and other health care professionals to optimize patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an approved school of nursing
- Minimum of four years of medical-surgical and critical care nursing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Minimum of two years of administrative or supervisory expertise
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
