Job Description:
United Wellness Center is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who can execute this job productively. A candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. See the requirements listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to RBTs.
- Create a client’s behavior plan following the principles of ABA.
- Train each staff member on their client’s specific behavior treatment plan.
- Modify/update the client’s programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered.
- Conduct intakes/assessments & reassessments every 6 months thereafter.
- Monitor the behavior plan throughout the treatment period, per the child’s progression.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.
- Provide parent/caretaker training.
- Assist with any clinical needs as they occur.

$70.00 - $85.00 Hr. (based on experience)
