MISSION IMPACT: All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope.As part of the Multicultural Counseling team, this position will oversee clinical management and direct assistance in gaining access to services, coordination of care, and linkage to appropriate services. Also responsible for providing supervision and quality assurance to clinical staff as well as management of referrals, screening, assessment and treatment planning as well as clinical coverage as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide oversight to program supervisors in collaboration with management staff to ensure that all staff are given appropriate training, coaching, and supervision for their roles.
- Participate in the quality improvement process - including collecting outcomes, assigning case record reviews, reviewing case records, and distributing/collecting client satisfaction surveys. Report data to the local quality improvement representative on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure that the mental health team maintains adequate and organized client files with all required paperwork.
- Ensure that the clinical program follows legal and ethical guidelines of appropriate professional association. To include tracking documentation and record-keeping for organizational and administrative purposes.
- Conduct and participate in regular clinical staff meetings.
- Model and encourage direct, professional communication among staff members and facilitate development of a positive staff support network.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of supervisory/management experience
- M aster’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or closely related field
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC in the State of Oregon
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites
- Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers.
- Adheres to and applies established operational processes in a timely, appropriate way
- Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle
- Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations
- Travels between worksites occasionally
- Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churches
- Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program
