Overview:
We are hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support incoming calls from Spanish-speaking individuals looking to answer questions about their Health Insurance. This full-time position is 100% remote and offers paid, virtual training. You must have a desktop or laptop computer, high-speed internet, and live in one of the states listed below. Interested? RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Speaking to members about their copayment cost, plan information, claim information, and general benefits information.
- Calling for referrals if needed, explaining costs to the copay, confirming if services are covered, and searching for participating providers.
- Speaking to customers in Spanish and documenting the call in English.
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High-speed broadband internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed.
- Must live in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, MT, NC, OK, PA, NE, SC, TX, UT, VA, & WY.
- Quiet, secured workspace.
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- 18+ years old with a High School Diploma/GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Open, flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends required).
- Background check and drug test are required.
