More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an HR Advisor onsite in Peachtree City, Georgia, with Signify.
- Advise line manager(s) on people management issues, complex HR processes and legal boundaries.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, including Rewards policies, talent management processes and escalates out-of-policy cases/requests to the appropriate HR Business Partner.
- Meet targets and monitor KPI’s (i.e. quality, speed, customer satisfaction) when handling cases using our case management system.
- Continuously drive standardization and improvements in ways of working; proactively address communication and standardize HR portal content.
- Partner with HR Services functions such as Contact Center Advisors and Administration & Payroll Specialists, and HR functions including local HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent Development, Training, etc.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 1+ years of work experience in an HR support role, preferably within a large, global organization.
- Deep knowledge of HR regulations, processes, labor laws, benefits, payroll, training and related.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with a consultative approach.

- Salary: $65,900 - 95,000
- Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
