Clinical Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Manager to join our growing team. As the Clinical Manager, you would be providing leadership to the Assertive Community Treatment Team. You would be managing the provision of clinical care, supervising staff, managing risk, and participating in short and long-range planning of services to meet the needs of the community.
Riverbend is looking for a person who will:
- Provides clinical and administrative supervision to a clinical team of primarily community-based staff
- Program development and management
- Community engagement
- Active participation on the management team
- Ensures adherence to the Assertive Community Treatment model, as well as other evidence-based practices
- Provide some direct clinical services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness
- Coordinates with various outside agencies, guardians, and other treatment providers
Education and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy or a related field is required.
- Eligibility for NH Licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required. Active licensure in NH is preferred.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in the NH community mental health system is preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills are required.
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance or access to a reasonable alternative is required.
