LPN/LVN - LVN – LICENSE VOCATIONAL NURSE
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Number of positions: 5+
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Jan. 16, 2017
Shift: 3pm to 11pm (PM Shift)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Experience: 2+ years in Skilled Care | Long-term Care
Pay Rate: $25/hr
REQUIREMENTS
- LVN- CA - license in good standing
- 2 years of current acute care | sub-acute care | Rehab | LTC experience
- BLS– current
- 2 Current clinical references
- Current Physical (within 12 months)
- Current PPD (within 12 months)
- Vaccinations | Titers - MMR | Varicella | Hep B
- Tdap and Flu vaccine – current
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must be able to pass urine drug testing
