HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Collaborate with manager, artists, and apparel designers to develop seasonal apparel graphics that support the brand vision. Create innovative designs that are trend right and relevant to our brands. This role is based four days onsite and one day remote in our Atlanta office.
75% Creative Functions:
- Create original, innovative, and emotional art for children’s apparel that aligns with overall seasonal direction.
- Exhibit knowledge of illustration, color, layout, and versatile techniques in art development.
- Research art trends to bring new ideas to the line each season.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned projects.
- Learn and support established art processes.
25% Secondary Functions:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the team.
- Familiarize with cross-functional production art, design, and merchandising teams to meet goals on time.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:
- Great eye for design, color, and layout.
- Well versed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Organized, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 strongly preferred).
- Enrollment in a Bachelor/Master’s degree program at the time of the internship (certificate programs are not eligible).
- Availability to start on the designated start date in May 2025.
- Availability to work for a minimum of 10 out of the 11 weeks of the defined internship period which runs from May-August.
