This is not concierge medicine; they offer a high level of service to patients at no additional cost to them; it's covered by Medicare regardless of ability to pay. The goal is not measured in volume or billing/claims; it's quality.
They are looking for physicians and clinical staff who are intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults. The goal is to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, then layer on resources to help teams take excellent care. Physicians practice with a full team behind them that includes physician, RN, MA, Clinical Informatics Specialist, Care Manager, and Nurse Practitioner. Small patient panels for consistency and focus using technology to improve care quality and make life easy for their providers, utilizing a cloud-based electronic health record and enterprise suite.
