General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of labs – 3 Philips labs
• Number of Staff – 20 staff total
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 3 teams M-F 7a-730p
o Night Shift & Weekend – on call
• Team ratios – run 4 man teams for certain types of cases, otherwise 3 main teams
• Type of equipment – Philips c-arms, Merge vericis for hemo system,
• EMR – Epic

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Experience in at least 3 of our service lines
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Experience in 4 areas
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• All service lines- EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac & TAVR
Best personality Fit:
• Flexible, self-starter, can take direction
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• RN License, BLS and ACLS
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color/Attire – we provide scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies:
• Will cover in dept orientation
Weekends and On call(if any):
Call rotates
