Medical Office Manager - Spanish Speaking
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, Spanish-speaking Medical Office Manager to join our family practice medical group.
Job Duties:
- Train staff on all programs, including CPSP, Family Pact etc.
- Performance management including evaluation and discipline of staff
- Enforcement of personnel policies regarding rules of conduct, attendance, dress code, etc.
- Monitor clinic flow and work with Site Administrator and providers to ensure that patients move effortlessly through the clinic
- In conjunction with the Site Administrator, coordinate audits and ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory mandates
- Work on special projects when directed by a supervisor or member of senior administrative staff
- Respond swiftly and professionally to supervisor and administration regarding issues and concerns with front office personnel and systems
- Attend and actively participate in managers/supervisor meetings
- Maintain Medical Record integrity that meets all Federal HRSA, State and County Health Department, and all other governmental and public/private audit requirements
- Maintain and keep updated on all HIPAA and patient medical record privacy practices, including preparation and implementation of all patient medical record privacy notifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AA Degree or equivalent and at least one year of experience working as a Clinic Manager
- Fluent in Spanish
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Proficiency in electronic medical records

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare
- 2+ years of clinical experience with primary care health clinics, FQHC, and/or managed care environment
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles healthcare market and community needs.

- This position is in office, M-F. The office is located at 3500 Whittier Blvd #105, Los Angeles, CA 90023
- The target pay range for this role is $18.00 - $28.00 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
