Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Analyst works in partnership with the Director of Revenue and other Finance Staff to execute revenue functions of the company as directed. Responsibilities include revenue recognition, analysis of reported and earned revenue, and reconciling revenue to ensure GAAP standards are followed on a per clinical research study basis.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clinical research sites to ensure all revenue is captured & recognized appropriately.
- Responsible for reviewing and interpreting CTAs at study level to capture revenue accordingly.
- Verify the validity of revenue discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Sites and Sponsors and CROs.
- Maintain regular communication with Site Directors for all assigned sites and summarize data for Regional Directors review.
- Manage and lead special projects as requested from leadership.
- Assist team members escalations and offer guidance for resolution.
- Mentor junior staff members by answering questions, providing guidance, and leading training.
- Prepare regular weekly and monthly revenue reporting and assist in leading review meetings.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Adaptable to process and system improvements.
- Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and ability to conceptualize potential solutions.
- Able to work independently with little oversight and help solve problems for others
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent years of experience in related field preferred.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in Financial Analysis or Revenue Recognition, with minimum of one (1) year experience in the Clinical Research industry preferred.
- CRIO experience a plus.
- NetSuite experience a plus.
