Senior Accountant function requires proficiency and responsibility for accounting functions such as but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, general ledger, inventory etc.
Responsibility also encompasses bank reconciliations, monthly closing, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statement.
Education, Experience and other requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
5-year combined experience in different accounting functions or auditing preferred.
Expertise in accounting theory, US GAAP and reporting regulations and procedures.
Experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency with Excel
Must have a strong work ethic. Being able to work together as team player is crucial. Good verbal and written communication skills and an ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people including customers.

Remuneration
Our pay package includes competitive base pay (75% quartile or above) and significant bonus structure besides benefits. The bonuses can add 5% to 15% to the base pay. The bonuses are driven by individual performance as well as company’s performance. All our have employees have seen increases in their total annual bonus for the past five years. Remuneration will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
