About
Position Summary
We support multiple TO B business lines such as Non-China Ad (GBS&TTMP), non-China PICO, Lark monetization, non-China IP licensing and rental income, continuously optimize ways of working to build an automated accounting system in complex and everchanging business scenarios, as well as support global revenue, collection and clients' credit risk management in an all-round way. We are looking for professionals with a solid knowledge of accounting, a good sense of credit risk, and excellent communication and management skills. The role will cover the credit and AR full process on a NA regional basis in general and will also need to closely cooperate with sales, operations and product teams to facilitate the process and achieve the cash collection and bad debt control target.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the overall AR and credit management in NA region.
Build/optimize AR related policies, processes and systems with XFN teams after identification of any potential risk and problems, and promote into implementation.
Manage credit managers and local ARBP as a whole and set clear goals and targets for team members in order to improve working efficiency, reduce overdue and bad debt risks and meet all compliance requirements.
Facilitate and maintain an effective partnership with key stakeholders.
Complete and submit regular reports in a timely manner.
Team building and development, including but not limited to align the goals and objectives, improve knowledge and skills by training, provide sufficient support to escalated issues among others.
Other ad hoc work assigned by the leader.

Minimum Qualifications

More than 5 years’ work experience in NA in billing/credit control/collection related areas and preferably with multinational high-tech companies or digital advertising companies.
World renowned university master’s degree or above in International Finance, Management, Accounting or Economics related majors, preferably with local accounting certificates or qualifications (e.g., ACCA, USCPA, etc.).
More than 5 years’ team management experience and better with diversified team members and cultures management skills.
Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility and can work under pressure, high level of integrity and excellent communication and interpersonal charisma.
