The Role

As a Senior Analyst on the Mass Markets Finance team, your responsibilities will include assessing strategic capital investment opportunities and enhancing efficiencies within the Mass Market business. You will construct financial models, collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect data supporting key assumptions, and present recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding financial analytical abilities, a critical mindset to challenge data assumptions, and strong presentation skills suitable for executive-level evaluation.

Location and Schedule

This position is designated as a remote position within the United States.

The Main Responsibilities

Develop detailed financial models, valuation scenarios, and decision analytics.
Partner with business owners to evaluate investment opportunities.
Review, approve, and process capital funding requests.
Scrutinize inputs and assumptions for reasonableness and push back when needed.
Produce a concise and clear end-product for Executive level review.
Partner with data scientists and software developers to identify opportunities to implement automation and process enhancements.
Implement after action reviews on prior investments to determine if financial objectives were met.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years related experience.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient building complex financial models.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient with advanced Excel functions.
Ability to structure and convey ideas and information, both verbally and in written presentation form, in a concise, effective, and persuasive manner to bring clear understanding to the target audience.
Ability to effectively collaborate with other teams across operating departments.
Ability to organize and manage work in an efficient and effective manner to ensure tasks, milestones, and goals are met according to defined timelines.
Telecom or tech industry experience helpful but not required.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$63,980 - $85,300 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$67,340 - $89,780 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$70,710 - $94,270 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$74,070 - $98,760 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
