As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
As a Workday Data Consultant/Team Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:
- Lead a team of one other Data Conversion consultant on one or more project teams
- Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system
- Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
- Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
- Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
- Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activities on the project
- Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
- Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
- Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
- Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
- Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you need:
- Workday Partner Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on Workday Data experience
- Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:
- 4 Full Life-Cycle Workday Data implementations
- Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
- Demonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with overall knowledge of information systems
- Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
