Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist children ages 16-21 with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential program.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP/Caregiver), you will support children with activities that focus on increasing their independence. You will work with children to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and assistance with personal cares.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of volunteer or professional experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.)
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
