Full-Time Lead Veterinarian - Amazing Opportunity + Great Benefits - Oxford, MS

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Veterinarian to oversee operations and patient care in our Oxford, MS clinic. This role is perfect for an experienced veterinarian with a DVM degree and a passion for leadership in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to animal patients
Supervise veterinary technicians and assistants
Oversee clinic finances and daily operations
Develop and implement marketing and client engagement plans
Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers

Qualifications:

DVM degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian
Strong communication, leadership, and management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
